Two guides, two lens heads, one assembly
Solid-state light engines deliver output through light guides, and every guide needs a collimator at the far end to turn a divergent cone into a usable beam. This assembly arrives with two flexible fibre optic cables and two lens heads, so it covers a dual-path illumination arrangement rather than a single channel.
It was removed from an operational PCR system. One thing to check before ordering: the fasteners that attach the collimator ends to the lens heads are not supplied.
