Standard Orders: Most box-sized items include Free Shipping within the United States. International orders will have shipping calculated at checkout, but contact us directly for exact shipping rate. We can sometimes beat the calculated price!

Freight Shipments: Large or heavy equipment requiring freight will incur a shipping fee as specifically described in the item listing.

International Orders: Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time

Standard Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment is received.

Freight Items: Due to the specialized logistics required, freight orders are processed within 2 business days.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods
We partner with a variety of reliable carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL, as well as specialized freight carriers for heavy instruments.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
We use the highest quality packaging to ensure your equipment arrives in the condition described. We use nylon air filled wrap and foam in place custom molds to ship most items.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as the damage is identified. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue and assist with any necessary carrier claims to ensure you do not suffer the loss!
