Robert brings over 20 years of experience in eCommerce, operations, and business development. He worked in operations at Gazelle.com from 2009 to 2012 and later founded Midna Inc., a health and wellness online retailer, which he led from 2015 to 2023.
He is known for building efficient systems, managing teams, and scaling operations in a way that prioritizes reliability and consistency. His experience helps ensure that every order is handled with care, from accurate listings to secure packaging and dependable delivery.

Max brings over a decade of hands-on experience in laboratory equipment resale and sourcing. Since 2014, he has worked closely with major university recycling programs, including Harvard and MIT, developing deep expertise in the lifecycle and value of scientific equipment.
He is known for his technical expertise, deep understanding of equipment valuation, and ability to identify high-quality instruments.
