Return & Refund Policy

Mr. Scientific takes pride in selling quality products at discounted prices!  He wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you'll have 30-days hassle-free, to return the item!

How to Return an Item:

1. Return Window: You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
2. Free Return Shipping: Upon request, Mr. Scientific will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience, so you don’t have to worry about shipping costs when returning your item.
3. Return Process:
   • Contact our customer support team at bick@misterscientific.com to initiate a return. If you lost the label you received with your package, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and return instructions.
   • Pack the item securely in the original packaging, and attach the return label.  
   • Drop off your return at your nearest shipping carrier specified on the return label.
4. Condition of Items:
   • Items must be returned in the same condition received with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
     

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 1 business day after receiving the returned item.
