Keyence FU-A100 Fiber Optic Sensor Head — New Open Box
IP67, which is why it goes where an electronic sensor cannot
Fibre optic sensing separates the detection point from the electronics. The fibre head sits in the wet, hot or electrically noisy place and the amplifier lives somewhere sensible, which is how you sense inside a washdown area or next to a welding cell without the sensor failing every few months.
This FU-A100 is new and factory sealed, IP67 rated, with a recommended tightening torque of 0.75 N·m. Fibre optic cable assembly, connector block, screws and warning sheet are all included.
Where it earns its place
- Detection in washdown, high-humidity or contaminated environments
- Sensing near sources of electrical noise where wiring is vulnerable
- Confined mounting positions with no room for an amplifier
- Spares for an existing Keyence fibre sensing installation
