New Focus (Newport) 9064-X Linear Stage, 1.1" Travel — Lot of 2
A matched pair, new and sealed
Two identical stages bought together behave identically, which matters more than it sounds when you are building an XY stack or aligning two arms of the same system. Stages sourced years apart from different batches do not always share the same feel or the same backlash.
These are New Focus 9064-X units, triple divide with 1.1 inches of travel, tapped for both 8-32 and 1/4-20. Both are new, unused and sealed in original packaging with a silica gel pack.
Where it earns its place
- Building an XY stack from two identical single axes
- Aligning two arms of an interferometer or dual-path system
- Imperial-threaded optical benches
- Stock positioning hardware for a bench that reconfigures often
