Stilla Technologies' Naica System is a digital PCR platform designed for high-sensitivity nucleic acid quantification. It uses microfluidic technology to partition samples into thousands of droplet crystals, allowing precise multiplex detection.
Naica Prism3 (Ref: H22000)
The Prism3 is an automated fluorescence microscope integrated into the Naica System. It features:
A CCD camera with a tri-band emission filter covering 495–520 nm, 560–610 nm, and 655–720 nm.
Three sets of high-power LEDs with specific band-pass filters for fluorescence excitation.
Three-color detection capability, supporting high multiplexing in digital PCR applications.
Geode (Ref: H14000)
The Geode is the thermocycler unit in the Naica System, responsible for droplet generation and PCR amplification. Its key features include:
Integration of droplet generation and PCR amplification into a single consumable chip.
Sample loading via pressure-driven microchannels to form droplet crystals, each acting as an individual reaction compartment.
Compact design with dimensions of 35 x 37 x 29 cm (W x D x H) and a weight of 18 kg.
Together, the Prism3 and Geode components optimize the digital PCR workflow, offering a streamlined, fast, and user-friendly approach for absolute quantification of multiple genetic targets.
